Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with EU and French regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without needing to provide a reason.

How to proceed

1. Contact us at contact@orbeya.co with your order number and your return request, within 14 days of receipt.
2. We'll provide the return address and next steps.
3. Return the product in its original packaging, unused and complete (accessories, instructions).

Return shipping costs

If you're exercising your right of withdrawal (simple change of mind), return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as ORBEYA cannot be held responsible for a package lost during return transit.

If the product you received is defective, was damaged in transit, or doesn't match your order, return shipping costs are covered by ORBEYA. Please contact us with photos of the issue so we can process your request quickly.

Refunds

Refunds (product price and original shipping costs) are issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Defective product or order error

If there's a product defect or an error on our part, you also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, regardless of purchase date. Contact us at contact@orbeya.co to arrange a replacement or refund.
